Top Five Money Making Affiliate Marketing Offers

by Admin

Top Five Money Making Affiliate Marketing Offers

Affiliate marketing involves selling other company’s products or services in exchange for a commission. Affiliate marketers tend to do best when they sell products related to a niche like fitness or camera equipment. As you build traffic to your website, you may or may not have a plan in place to monetize it. Besides affiliate marketing, website owners can also make money by selling banner ad space or better yet, by selling their own products.

Selling affiliate marketing offers is the quickest to get started with. You, of course, need a website or a customer list to market to via email or messaging app. There are established affiliate marketing companies like Conversant and Clickbank that act as an intermediary between affiliate marketers (called publishers) and companies that have affiliate programs.

The intermediary generally has hundreds if not thousands of offers from various companies to choose from. How do you know which offers are selling? Look at the earnings per click (EPC) stats on a weekly, monthly and quarterly to see what is trending. I went through Conversant’s (formerly Commission Junction) reporting and came up with these top programs based on network earnings. Below are the top five money making programs according to Conversant.

  1. Apparel
In the top five money making list there were a few affiliate offers related to apparel. Zappos was at the top of the list with a three-month EPC of $10.57 USD and a seven-day EPC of $13.42 USD. Each sale nets a Sale: 7% commission. Right behind Zappos is Urban Outfitters, and White House Black Market, as well as Tory Burch
  2. Travel
Travel site Virbo had hefty network earnings with a three month EPC of $33.20 USD, a seven day EPC of $38.23 USD. Commissions on Virbo’s sales are only 2% or $20.00 USD. Further proof that travel offers are a good niche to get into. Hotel providers Trip Advisor and Travelocity were also top networks earners.
  3. Credit Cards
Credit card offers can fit into any website because of their mass appeal to both personal and business users. USAA’s network earnings showed a three-month EPC of $72.20 USD and a seven-day EPC of $59.63 USD. Each sale earned $25.00 and each lead earned $1.00 to $30.00.

The popularity of the credit card offers may be related to the seasonal increase to the next top affiliate program, tax software!

  4. Tax Software
Although this is probably a seasonal increase in earning, Intuit’s Turbo Tax saw huge network earnings over the last three months. The tax service reported network earning with a three month EPC of $114.66 and a seven-day EPC of $6.66.

Competitor TaxAct was also listed as a top affiliate network earner.

  5. Business services
Online discount printing service, Vistaprint, USA reported three month EPC of $44.83 USD and a seven-day EPC of $75.58 USD. Since printing is something every business still needs, this may be a good niche to get into or an addition to your existing offers.
Wireless and FiOS provider, Verizon was also listed with top network earnings for their affiliate program.

To get started in affiliate marketing find a few products that relate to your readers’ interests, get the links, and promote it to others via your website or email list.

Five Strategies to Get More Website Customers

Attracting and retaining new loyal customers is something every business wants and needs to survive. According to the US Small Business Administration small business stats (SBA), small businesses comprise 48.5% of private-sector employment in the United States. The Bureau of Labor Statistics states Bureau of Labor Statistics small businesses accounted for 63% of net new jobs created between 1993 and mid-2013.

FIve Strategies to Get Website Customers

Unfortunately, about 10% to 12% of small businesses cease operations every year. About half of all new establishments survive five years while about one-third survive 10 years or more.
Families and solo entrepreneurs often run small businesses by themselves. Founders often find themselves working in multiple job roles. Current customers must be services while still acquiring new customers, the multi-tasking life of the small business owner presents a huge challenge.

Five Strategies to Get More Website Customers

Ask for the sale
It is important to ask for what you want. Ask your customers for the sale when they visit your website. This can be accomplished through the placement of multiple “buy now” buttons on a website landing pages. When meeting in person or sending email campaigns, ask a potential customer to visit your store. Ask website visitors to join your email list with a pop-up screen on your website.

Email list
Emails campaigns are one of the best ecommerce marketing strategies. Be sure to do all that you can to grow your email list. Send useful content and special promotions via your email. Ask email subscribers to pass your email on to others who may be interested.

Brand Content
Add branding to your videos and content. Add your branding to YouTube video to make it easy for users to subscribe to your channel. Add your contact information to all written materials so readers know how to reach you or read more. This includes whitepapers, DIY and how-to guides.

Use Paid Social Media
Social media reviews offers many new opportunities. Users can be targeted through various behaviors and interests right on the social channel. The ads target only those who are likely to be interested in your product, brand or service.

Online Remarketing
Remarketing through email, website behavior and social media is another effective way to advertise to those who are truly interested in your products. Remarketing involves reconnecting with users who have visited your websites, clicked on an email, or interacted with some form of advertisement in the near past. Website visitors who have abandoned their shopping carts are highly likely to purchase when they are touched with a remarketing campaign.

Influencer Marketing Explained Part 1 Video

The last blog post gave an influencer marketing introduction to the concept of influencer marketing. This is part one of a series on digital influencer marketing. Consider enlisting people (and sometimes animals!) with large social media followings to help promote your business online.

Since much of finding the right influencer for influencer marketing content comes in the form of social media and YouTube videos, I decided to make a video out of it. Below is another digital marketing tutorial on influencer marketing. Check it out on my metrony YouTube channel, or watch it below

What Is Influencer Marketing?

by Admin

What is Influencer Marketing?

Have you ever tried new restaurant because a friend raved about it? Perhaps you asked co-workers for a hotel recommendation for a business trip. If so, then you relied on word-of-mouth marketing to help you make a purchase decision. Your friend told you about an experience, and you considered it because you trusted their opinion. This is referred to as word-of-mouth marketing. Word-of-mouth marketing drives sales, and it does so very effectively!

Shoppers also trust the opinions of consumers they do not know. For example, have you ever consulted TripAdvisor before booking a hotel or cruise? I have! I want to see the reviews for of off-brand and sometimes even name brand venues. People are willing to look to each other, reviewers, bloggers, vloggers, and celebrities for recommendations. This is called influencer marketing.

what is Influencer marketing is the process companies work with key brand ambassadors to promote their product, service, or brand. They may work with one famous celebrity in a pricey campaign comprised of TV spots, press releases, and social media. However, many brands are enlisting the services of small and medium influencers though social media and blogging campaigns.

Influencer marketing is the fastest-growing online customer-acquisition channel. I had a hard time nailing down this statistic but let us call it at about 65% to 75% of marketers plan to include influencer marketing in their strategy this year. That may include actually paying an influencer. However, it may likely mean working with a group of influencers who are compensated with early product testing, free samples, and advance information!
